Post dated cheques accepted, dated 14 days prior to fair date. Cheques payable to - James Brown. Dealers access from 8am. Trading hours are from 09:30am - 2pm. Please do not pack away until 2pm as the Fair is advertised until that time. Hall must be vacated by 3.00pm Your cooperation is appreciated Regulars, please ensure that your booking arrives 14 days before the Fair. Other-wise, I shall assume that you are not attending, and your position will be re-allocated. If you miss 2 or more Fairs, I cannot guarantee your 'usual table'. New & occasional attendees - Your booking will be confirmed after cut off date. If you require booking confirmation please request by e-mail or enclose an S.S.A.E. with your payment. Cancellations will only be credited, and rolled over to next Fair, if at least one weeks notice is given.
I/We: - hereby agree to indemnify Bromsgrove District Council, its officers & employees, also The Fair promoter: - James Brown & his helpers against any claims made against them for loss damage, injury or otherwise, arising from acts, omissions or negligence of my/our employees or other persons engaged by me/us in the erection, dismantling or operation of my/our Trade Stand at Spadesbourne Suite and I/we confirm that I/we have in force a Public Liability Policy to cover such risks, or that, my /our House Insurance Policy covers me/us for Public Liability.
