Horse Gas Mask M1941 Carrier.
Horse gas mask M41 carrier, in olive green burlap like canvas, with brown leather & black webbing fittings with canvas edge trim. The print on the label has faded out, leaving only the makers 3 letter code \'bwz\' & a strap end is stamped \'S\' 1944. Front line troops often secured these carriers to the \'A\' frame & used it as a battle pack.
Good unissued condition with some staining & storage marks.
